Jeans 2C blogger template

Jeans blogger template was created by Infocreek, a unique theme based on denim wear.

Apart from being a well made theme with an innovative concept, the template is feature rich. It has a navigational menu, neat icons, post date stamps, 2 columns and well defined borders.

The header would have to be modified to fit an image, the right of the sidebar holds the search button. Just below the header situated towards the right of the page is the navigational menu.

At the bottom of the main column the older posts link boasts of a very pleasant design. The footer is seperated from the rest of the template with borders and a different color.

You Comment, I Follow You

This is a short article talk about Nofollow tag and "You Comment, I Follow" Badge from Dawud Miracle

What does nofollow do?

What it was supposed to do is greatly reduce comment spam. We all know that didn’t work. What it does do is tell Google bots, and other search engines bots, not to follow links in your comments. That means, when someone posts a comment, they get no Google Juice. I don’t feel that’s right. It’s sort of like thanking your clients by cutting off their hand (okay, maybe not that extreme).

Why should we remove it?
First, it doesn’t work to reduce comment spam. Or if it does, it’s quite minimal. Second, by removing it, you reward your commenters with link love. And link love is good. I’m all for spreading as much link love as I can.

Why the U Comment, I Follow Badge?
It’s one way to let your readers know that when they leave comments, they’re going to get link love. Sure, you can write a few post about it and even remind readers from time to time. But many will not see it. But the badge, that stays and your readers can see it.

More and more bloggers are removing nofollow every day. So what are you waiting for? Hop on over to Randa’s blog and get yourself a nofollow badge.

Create a FavIcon for your blog

What is FavIcon ?

Here is the defination from wikipedia

"A favicon (short for 'favorites icon'), also known as a website icon, page icon or urlicon, is an icon associated with a particular website or webpage. A web designer can create such icons in several ways and many recent web browsers can then make use of them. Browsers that support them may display them in the browser's URL bar, next to the site's name in lists of bookmarks, and next to the page's title in a tabbed document interface. Some operating systems, like Windows, will also often use the favicon for Internet shortcuts to sites placed on the desktop or in other directories ..."

How can we change it

So simple :)

1. Go to your Template / Theme Editor
2. Create this line in the section.

"http://www.yourdomain.com/favicon.jpg" is the image url. You can change it with your own image url.

3. Save your template and DONE.

Fix "0 comments" bug in blogger

Yeah, a lot of blogger templates contain this "bug", here, here, here and much more :). And of course, it's also include "1 comments" bug lol. How to fix this ? Follow these steps :

3. Save your template and DONE.

We can change "No comment", "1 comment" to "0 Comment", "One Comment" or anything else if you like :)

And of course we can do this as below madly way (not recommended lol)
